The FeedBack project is looking for skilled artists and programmers!
I have many users requesting ports of FeedBack to various platforms. Many of these platforms are actually already 95% supported, but I don't have enough time to maintain these ports on my own.
I would be interested to hear from programmers running Linux or OSX who would be interested in maintaining the official port to these platforms.
Cross platform compatibility is fairly stable, so it shouldn't be much work, just the effort to get the latest code, build it, and see that it still works from time to time. And in the event that there is a problem, notify me, and perhaps help me to debug the issue if it is not trivial.
I would also like to find people interested in maintaining the console ports as well, for instance, FeedBack runs on PSP, but the control scheme is very difficult, and this needs some time and experimentation to make the experience more usable.
Ideally I'd like to find one person to maintain each platform, and this would allow me to effectively support all platforms with the little time I have.
In addition to code support, the new (unreleased) features in feedback require art and design work, so I would be interested to hear from any 2D and/or 3D artists interested in helping out with the look and feel of FeedBack.
Anybody interested, please contact me by email, or leave a comment in the comments section of this post along with details for me to contact you!
