MFFile_StdClose

int MFFile_StdClose (  void *  stream  )    Closes an open file. Parameters: stream  Handle to an open file. Returns: Returns 0 if the file was successfully closed. Remarks: This function complies with the stdio function signature (can be used as callbacks to many libs and API's).
